How does a partnership with an agency work?

Do you pay referral commissions?
We'd rather talk terms directly — some agencies prefer a commission, others prefer their roster to get preferential pricing. Either way it's agreed in writing up front.
Can you handle creators at very different sizes?

Will you keep our creators' affairs confidential?
Completely. Each creator is our client individually with full confidentiality; we report to you only what the creator authorises — typically just confirmation that their affairs are in order for contracting.

We make sure creators invoice correctly (including agency-commission treatment and international brands), stay VAT-clean as they grow, and understand the tax side of gifted components in campaigns — which protects your campaigns too.
