Every member carries two things: what they need help with, and what they could help somebody else with. Both are searchable, and the directory matches people up.
A finance director with an hour a month meets a charity that cannot read its own management accounts. A community group that has run fifty volunteer events meets a B Corp trying to start one. A chief executive who has just been through a merger meets one about to start one.
